you need top be a team player and be open to suggestions from your team. You cannot be stuck in your way of design. Flexibility is important. You need to be committed to the work and future success of the company. Very creative. Someone who thinks outside the box. If you have a portfolio that shows this kind of creativity we want to hear from you. You need to know ADOBE products for MAC or PC. PHP, CSS, ASP or any other kind of coding/scripting program is a huge plus.
