Field Service Engineers-Radiation Therapy &Oncology Systems
Locations: Trenton, NJ (Central New Jersey) and Philadelphia, PA (Southern New Jersey)
Job Description:
Outstanding opportunity to join a leading organization. You will service Radiation Therapy and Clinical Oncology Systems at customer locations throughout Central New Jersey and Southern New Jersey/Philadelphia areas. You will provide customer support through technical expertise, including efficient and effective troubleshooting methods on their equipment. These positions are 2nd shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with 10% shift differnetial. You will maintain detailed records of field service visits, including the technical problems encountered and parts employed to correct problems. You will develop technical reports and parts replacement orders for local office and assigned customers. You will be formally trained on medical Linear Accelerators, Radiation Therapy and Oncology systems to provide outstanding field service. You will work from home with approximately travel will be 25-40% in the regional areas.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires two years electronic related college level education or equivalent military training, plus 1-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience. A complete comprehension of electronic and electro-mechanical X-ray imaging equipment highly desired. Military experience with Biomedical/Nuclear/X-Ray Systems, Radio Frequency/Microwave Transmission or extensive RADAR or SONAR experience a plus. Any experience in troubleshooting and repair of high, low energy medical linear accelerators, and patient simulators highly desired. Formal training and experience in Medical Systems from Tomotherapy, ELEKTA, Philips, IMPAC, Varian, Siemens or GE Medical Systems a plus.
