**** This position is based in NY State*****
A wonderful Career position, a remote auditor to support the
regional accounting team. 20% travel can be anywhere (
domestic or international) 50% travel is within NY State and
30% is work from home . Travel is required in this position.
Auditor is responsible for providing management, independent
assessment of the soundness of the financial and operational
controls. The position requires knowledge of the fundamentals
of accounting, auditing and specific public accounting
experience. The position requires requires the candidate to
perform an analysis of business processes and associated
risks, to conduct formal testing of controls established to
mitigate those risks and the ability to understand and
communicate in an audit engagement, including interfacing with
senior management.
The Following are REQUIRED for the successful applicant
Travel up to 70% ( typically Monday through Thursday)
General Accounting, Consolidation Accounting or Cost
Accounting Experience
3 Years Public Accounting with either Treasury, Tax ( income
or property) or Pension is preferred
