Position Description:
This Position will be supporting the Marketing Department by Updating the Excel Based Sales tool on the Monthly Basis. The successfull Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales Departments to provide analysis, documentation, and reports according to Specifications agreed upon by all parties.
Job Duties : Monthly updating of Excel-based Sales Tool
Document update requirements, upon VP Product approval
Develop, Run, and Document Test of Requrements.
Coordinate Rollout of Sales Tool working with Marketing Product Manager and Sales Operations Manager Approval.
Excellent Documentation skills. Must be able to clearly Document all changes on a monthly basis and provide an updated Master Document to Key Stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Excellent Excel Skills (development/troubleshooting), including VBA, use of ranges and XML import and export.
Excellent Communication Skills. Must be able to assess, analyze, and communicate with Business Users and Executive Team.
Business knowledge and understanding of Corporate Marketing and Sales Departments.
Previous Experience working with Sales and Marketing Departments is preferred.
Must be able to complete Monthly updates based on Project Timeline.
