JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage Aetna s sales, service and retention efforts for all products in assigned market(s) to achieve profitable growth and earnings targets in the Arlington sales territory.
Develop in-depth understanding of insurance needs and buying patterns of targeted ethnic population in assigned market(s).
Cultivate strong community, broker and prospect relationships in key ethnic communities.
Participate in the development of and articulates value proposition focused on the needs of target market(s).
Participate in industry organizations and represents Aetna at appropriate community and business events.
Executes individual franchise plan to achieve sales and membership targets.
Accurately forecast production.
Train, motivate and recruit brokers to sell multiple lines of Aetna products.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
License as required by state laws
3-5 years of related sales experience preferably within the health insurance industry
Successful must be Spanish/English bilingual and proficient in verbal and written communications
Strong communication, presentation and sales skills are required.
Bachelor s Degree
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
This position is a telework (Work at Home) position. Successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated and a team player with a thorough understanding of the health insurance industry and the market in which they will be working. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment. Total cash compensation for sales position range from $60K - $100K.
