Description
Exciting opportunity in apparel industry. Apparel experience a must. District Manager needed to oversee sales &profitability of stores in northeastern US region. Incumbent will be responsible for multi-store locations and demonstrate a strong focus on comp sales increase. Must motivate and develop team to meet or exceed sales goals by adhering to Company's customer service and merchandising standards and focusing on personnel issues, expense control and operating functions. Provides daily support to store management and ensures compliance with policies and procedures, traveling constantly to stores in the district. Effectively recruits, trains, develops and directs store management. Ensures loss prevention procedures are followed.

Requirements
Successful candidate must have at least five years of retail experience at the district manager level in the apparel industry and a proven track record in the areas highlighted above. Must live in the northeast region of the US and work from home.
