Johnson &Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson &Johnson s Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Corporate Account Director located in Dallas, Texas.
Johnson &Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including
hospital systems and
group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson &Johnson franchises.
The Corporate Account Director will develop key customer relationships with assigned GPO and key relationships with represented OPCO. Negotiate OPCO contracts and plan/implement Redbook where required. Develop innovative negotiation strategies, track results, and drive contract implementation and compliance. Work with internal JJHCS departments including but not limited to: CSM, Payments, Contract Load, Membership, LRC. Lead cross-functional teams to include business planning and strategy implementation. Communicate contract language, issues to GPO and OPCO. Work with JJHCS Regional counterparts to drive local level compliance. Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to Account Team. Attend and represent JJHCS at industry functions, trade shows, etc. .
Job Requirements: .
The successful candidate must have a Bachelors degree an MBA or advance degree preferred. A minimum of 5 experience in GPO (Group Purchasing Organization), Regional or Key Accounts; 7 years of sales experience in Medical, Med-Surg, Pharma, or Diagnostic products; and 3 years of managing a sales team. Candidate must have the ability to balance the needs of a customer/operating company, ability to deliver difficult message to customers, superior organization skills, and excellent follow-up skills with clients/customers required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral is required. Ability to problem solve and multi-task across complex issues. Strong computer skills with MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook) are required. Regional meetings occur 3 times annually. Must have the ability to travel approximately 50%. This position requires the candidate to work from home.
