IHAS is a 17- year old Health Care Consulting Firm with headquarters in Laurel, MD (Baltimore MD-Washington DC Metropolitan Area). We provide medical case management services to special populations and medical documentation review services to a variety of customers. We pride ourselves on the delivery of high quality services. IHAS currently provides services to State Medicaid Programs, Private Insurance Carriers, Managed Care Organizations, and the Federal Government.
The position entails provision of case management services / service coordination, face-to-face and telephonic, for special populations.
This position has an office based (Laurel, MD) training program with the opportunity to work from home after successful completion of the orientation period. Office hours are 8:30 am 5:00 pm M-F.

Requirements
Requirements:
Seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed social worker (LSWA, LGSW, LCSW, LCSW-C) with at least 2 years of clinical (medical) experience.
Case management experience is a plus but is not required.
We are willing to train applicants with transferable skill sets.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required.
In-state travel required.
Must have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
Excellent people skills required.
