We are looking to add a number of Customer Service Representatives that speak **English/Spanish** or **English/Russian/Ukrainian** to our team, which is based in a fast paced, high volume call center. Representatives are primarily responsible for taking incoming calls from Members and/or Providers seeking information related to a variety of insurance plans. Our Customer Service team is based out of our Grafton location and typically work a schedule of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
These positions offer potential opportunities to work from home, in addition to an incentive bonus program.
Call center and customer service experience are preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required for success in the position. Candidates must also possess the ability to work independently, prioritize, and remain organized with multiple interruptions. Excellent employment history a must.
