Description
Do you enjoy the industry of public accounting but not the monotony of performing audits? RSM McGladrey Network is seeking audit training facilitators desiring to use their technical expertise in a new, challenging role.
Instead of applying your accounting knowledge in the traditional way, you will travel around the country and train audit professionals. If training is your passion and you love being the center of attention, this may be the perfect fit for you!
Focused responsibilities include facilitating auditing level programs and general A&A training, providing audit methodology training on McGladrey &Pullen s audit approach, participating in instructional development projects, and providing assistance to audit professionals with questions on our audit manuals and methodology.
The RSM McGladrey Network is the premier affiliation of independent accounting and consulting firms in the nation. Our main purpose is to help build and sustain high performing CPA firms.
This position can be full-time, part-time, seasonal, contract, work-from-home with very competitive salary and benefits!
Requirements
CPA with 5+ years experience in public accounting (preferably with a national or regional firm); BS in accounting; enjoy travel and able to travel up to 40% total (seasonal variance 50 75%); strong presentation and facilitation skills; self-starter and self-motivated; relate well with professionals at all levels; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence others and work independently; strong organizational skills; possess initiative and project confidence; committed to strong corporate value system; experience in instructional design a plus.
