Meet standards of daily phone / email requirements (minimally 50 calls per day)
Source candidates in an inside sales environment
Correctly enter all comments into the database and set new follow-ups as needed
Present all open assignments to candidates
Recruit and promote candidates into assignments of 12 month or longer in duration
Able to present and discuss standard contract / compensation terms
Promote and facilitate credentialing / licensing requirements for Providers
Solicit providers and over come objections for open assignments ranging in length from 1 year and beyond
Sufficiently manage follow-ups
Build strong relationships with Providers
Manage requirements to meet all gross margin goals based on individual and team requirements
Present details of open assignments to candidate Physicians
Complete two (2) weeks of training in Salt Lake City office
Complete one (1) week of advanced sales training within first year of employment
Maintain required CEU s
Requirements
College degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience
Proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel
Good time management skills; able to multi-task
Must be able to work out of the Wilkes-Barres, PA office; No work at home options available for this position
Demonstrate good sales skills to qualify candidates via telephone / email or face to face
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work with others in a team environment
Database driven computer skills
