We are a contingency-based, virtual recruiting agency seeking to growour team. Our company was founded 5 years ago with the idea of buildingan organization that would support experienced, self-motivated salespeople.Our team is built with people who require the freedom (and responsibility) of working fromhome, want to be independent and entrepreneurial, and yet still seekthe support of a team around them to make more sales.We provide a team environment which is facilitated by weekly grouptelephone meetings, quarterly get-togethers, knowledge exchange, and ourcollaborative software. Our software is Internet based, so ourconsultants can work from home or the road equally with ease.We have almost 200 open job orders just waiting to be filled. With ourlarge client base, consultants have the flexibility to specialize inrecruiting, sales, or both. Teaming is our focus; our cross-marketingvolume and active collaboration yield many more deals than workingalone. Our software allows our consultants to share their networks withthe team and to protect the business that they develop and maintain.Our people have all the tax advantages of being independent contractorswhile creating theteamwork and sales of a traditional agency. They work from anywhere,make their own hours, set their own goals, and earn 70% of theirbillings. Over $100K is possible the first year (which is our annualgoal for the company trip).We currently place candidates in two disciplines: health carepractitioners (pharmacy, therapy, nursing, &management) and banking& investment (marketing &management). We are seeking individuals tojoin these teams in Massachusetts or New Jersey. We are open to otherdisciplines and territories if you have the experience, the existingnetwork, or the desire to work in another area.REQUIREMENTS
Live in the geographical area that you will work.
Consultants visit their clients and need local knowledge. Yourterritory is your home state.
Top notch phone skills
Desire for territory expertise in one discipline 100% commission 1099 work
With no salary or draw,commissions are considerably larger.
BA or BS degree
