- A talent for graphic design and web usability.
- Experience developing for cross-browser and email support.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Additional Desirable Experience:
- Experience working on a Linux platform.
- JSP experience * particularly Taglibs and other presentation-side technologies.

- Experience implementing third party advertising and web analytics tools (Web Side Story, Google Analytics, Accipiter, DoubleClick, etc.).
- Search engine optimization (SEO) experience.
Be prepared for a start-up environment:

- There will be some long hours. In particular, we*ll be spending to the winter months working to launch the site. While you*ll enjoy a flexible schedule and the work will be fun * but there*s no escaping the amount of work to be done.
- You*ll work with a small team. We see a lot of each other, and you need to be prepared to be a consummate team player.
- You need to bring ideas. You*ll need to share your experiences and be a part of directing the company where it needs to go.
- Work independently. You will be trusted to work at home when you want, which isn*t for everyone. Know yourself.
