opportunity for a Recruiter to work for a well-known flower and
gift retailer. This direct-hire position can be based out of any
city in the continental US. Recruitment experience in a rural
environment is a must.
Job Description:
-Recruit for Call Center and Customer Service positions for five
Call Centers (located in Oklahoma, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and
New Mexico).
-Recruit in rural environments.
-50% travel required.
-Base salary plus commission
Requirements:
-Experience recruiting in small and rural communities is a
MUST.
-1 to 3 years of experience in call center recruiting.
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
