Online Real Estate service needs an Intermediate Web Developer who is "very reliable". The application is mission critical to the business and has been in production for several years. There are pending enhancements to service customer needs; including implementing MS CRM. They are an MS Partner.
Client is looking for someone who is ambitious &wants to learn a lot, is reliable, can work from home , set own schedule; BUT needs to assume responsibility for production environment working correctly and implementing enhancements. Needs to be capable of self directing and self sufficient.
Ideal candidate would possess 5 yrs experience, bright, able to learn quickly, self motivated to learn &work at high levels of quality, preferably a structured programming background, takes time thinking about how to do it right vs. slaps it together, not high pressure in terms of deadlines, but is important that it works once in production and fits with what already running. Needs to be comfortable in a small office environment.
