Job Description .
Temporary Legal Analysts needed to work from home on a 1-year project for a large financial news and information company. Candidates must have J.D.'s and 2 to 6 years of experience in Securities, Intellectual Property, Employment &Labor, Corporate, M&A, Bankruptcy, Banking &Finance, Antitrust, Insurance or Energy. Candidates MUST have the ability to understand legal issues in and create legal analytical content for one or more of the aforementioned practice areas. Candidates will develop new legal information products by creating, organizing and producing innovative current awareness and research products in selected legal practice areas. Using STRONG legal research and writing skills, a candidate will create advanced and sophisticated written legal analysis within their expertise.
