Job Details
The individual in this position will provide presales technical support on
Netcool software to the IBM Sales and Technical community, Business Partners and
IBM Clients (through internal channels). Responsibilities include, responding to
in-depth technical product questions both written and oral, RFI's/RFP's, remote
demos, presentations, and sizings. This self starter will contribute to and
provide leadership in the development of
solutions utilizing IBM software, teaming across Techline and other
organizations. You will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an
interrupt driven environment. Demonstration of initiative, creativity, and
flexibility in responding to requests, development/support of new
initiatives/offerings and contributing to new/improved operational excellence is
