DESCRIPTION .
NewsFactor seeks EXPERIENCED journalists to join our team of freelance writers. Work from home, writing daily news for our online network of technology &business news publications.
At the moment, we are focusing on writers who have a very strong knowledge of computer technology used in business environments. We prefer to work with writers who have published more than 50 news articles online or in print.
The news beat requires writing 1 or 2 short news pieces on deadline each morning (350 to 500 words, at a rate of $50 per piece), 5 days per week, Monday through Friday based on the top news of the day. Our news writers must be extremely reliable, fast and efficient to meet morning deadlines each day. East Coast writers are preferred for the morning news deadline, which is 10:30 am E.T.
These opportunities are ideal for professional journalists who can write in a clear, confident, entertaining style for tech-savvy business people. All pieces should be particularly interesting and fun to read.
