Description

Position Summary: Handles all aspects of the recruiting process including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in
exempt and nonexempt positions. May recruit some executive level employees. May
be involved in some college and professional/technical recruiting. Administers
entire employment process including Career Center, testing, references, offer
letters, etc. May assist line managers with the placement of employment
advertising and related duties. Develops and implements hiring forecast for
assigned area. May travel extensively. May supervise one or more Recruiters.

Requirements

** Ideal candidate will be located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone ** Sodexho is seeking a Senior Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition Group of the Human Resources Department. The Senior Recruiter will work to proactively seek candidates via the internet, professional associations, universities, other team members, and direct recruitment. The best qualified candidate will demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic and a passion for providing customer service. The Senior Recruiter should invest heavily in their own personal development to stay abreast of new, innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. The ideal candidates will have proven experience sourcing and filling the pipeline with qualified diverse candidates. The ideal candidate will have proven skills and abilities building relationships with various organizations and associations, with demonstrated success, promoting Sodexho as employer of choice. The Senior Recruiter may source management level talent throughout North America and across business lines including Healthcare, Education / Campus / Schools, and Corporate Services or focus on specific disciplines including food management, facilities management, environmental services / housekeeping management, and materials management. The Senior Recruiter will work collaboratively with team members and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers by establishing regular verbal and written communications to present and ensure implementation of effective recruitment and sourcing strategies, problem solve, and to communicate results and accomplishments. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to sourcing diverse talent and ensuring that established processes are followed and documentation is complete and accurate. Working from home/virtual environment, the Senior Recruiter would ideally be located in Mountain or Pacific Time zone, and reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Some travel is required to attend career fairs, conferences and meetings. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on achievement of critical success targets.
