DESCRIPTION .
Sales / Account Manager

Nationwide Provider of UCC &Corporate filing &retrieval services to legal and financial professionals seeks Chicago area based Territory Sales Executive.

Job Purpose:
Selling to new &existing customers. There is a high volume of cold calling and prospect hunting.

Duties:
Services current customers by maintaining rapport; making periodic visits; evaluating customer needs for new opportunities; responding to requests; resolving problems.
Identifies new customers by studying sales statistics; estimating sales volume; qualifying potential customers.
Develops new customers by establishing new distribution channels; explaining product potential; identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products.
Accomplishes sales objectives.
Provides historical information by completing records.
Prepares reports by collecting, preparing, and analyzing information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Skills/Qualifications:

Main criteria:
Experience in selling to top law firms and/or commercial/asset based lenders is a plus. Knowledge of public records products and services a plus. Must have proven effectiveness in work-from-home environment and is a self-starter.
