Umbrella Mortgage, Inc. is a new mortgage brokerage specializing in the Reverse Mortgage Market (http://www.umbrellareverse.com) in Illinois and is looking for Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers, to help those who are 62 years old and older maintain the life style of their choice. We are a growing organization that provides its employees with a positive and competitive work environment. Our sales staff enjoys the benefits of selecting mortgage products from the top Reverse Mortgage lenders across the country.
The Mortgage Company s primary line of business is the origination of Reverse Mortgages and will be able to service other mortgage requests with a full range of traditional forward mortgage products to customers in Illinois, Colorado, Florida subject to your status as a Licensed Loan Originator. The Mortgage Company expects to expand its licensing base to additional states in 2007.

REQUIREMENTS .
Job Requirements:
Determined, self-motivated achiever
2+ years sales experience
Prior mortgage lending experience preferred, although not necessary
Must either currently have or obtain Illinois (or state specific) Loan Originator License or Registration
Need a means of transportation in order to travel the greater Chicago Land area
Must have Experience using the Internet, Email and Microsoft Office Products
