Position Description .
Educated Solutions Corporation is adding internal Recruitment/Sales Representatives to our staff in Southeastern Wisconsin. Multiple positions are available including both full and part time opportunities.
The Recruitment/Sales Representative will work from home using virtual office technology and will be compensated on an hourly plus commission basis. This individual will enjoy flexible scheduling and complete a variety of sales and recruitment assignments within the staffing industry.
The incumbent of this role will:
-Drive the sales process by cold calling new clients.
-Manage accounts across multiple industries and skill sets.
-Work with hiring managers to obtain detailed job specifications and hiring processes.
-Recruit professionals for both contract and full time opportunities.
-Recruit individuals within numerous skill sets, technical disciplines and industries.
-Negotiate pay and bill rates with clients and job seekers
-Utilize virtual office technology to communicate with ESC peers.
-Complete weekly and monthly duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-Strong working knowledge of the staffing industry.
-Experience in a sales capacity with a track record of aggressively obtaining new accounts.
-Knowledge of recruitment strategies.
-Experience completing advanced searches on web based job boards.
-Excellent PC skills using MS Office suite of tools.
-Exemplary communication skills including high proficiency in writing resumes and utilizing telephone contact as primary means of communication.
-Current ownership of home PC and high speed internet capabilities.
-Desire to work from home and make this a long lasting career choice.
