Complex Nurse Case Manager:
Well known Insurance Company in Philadelphia is in need of an experienced Complex Nurse Case Manager.
- Full Time position, Office Hours, Monday - Friday, 8 - 5P
- Position offers the ability to work from home after 6 months &if job performance is satisfactory.
- Complex Nurse Case Manager will identify members who can benefit from the company's services and monitor their progress. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Nurse Case Manager Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of case management / clinical experience. (Eligible to obtain a CCM within 1 year of employment).
- Experience in Pediatrics, Home Care, assessments &/or Care Plan development is a Plus.
- Must have good computer, communication &organizational skills.
- Must have a valid PA RN license. .
