A global company has an immediate need for a Senior Manufacturing Specialist that is experienced in Investment Casting, Machining Technology, and Lean Manufacturing for its Switzerland / United States locations. All candidates applying for this position will have the responsibilities of identifying problem areas and develop ideas for cost reduction and delivery reliability through improvement of design and manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will work with suppliers to organize, lead and implement process optimization in manufacturing, supported by Lean Six-Sigma and other Tools. As a Senior Manufacturing Specialist you will develop measures for continuous improvement, analyze cost and benefits of planned improvement measures, and develop control systems to monitor process improvements and to detect performance deviations. All candidates applying for this position should have HNC or Master Degree in Engineering (Hochschul- oder FH-Diplom), be results oriented
, have the ability to lead cross functional projects, and have excellent English language skills and if possible German skills. At this time, all candidates have the opportunity to work from home , or in one of the US facilities, or in Switzerland. The company would like to fill this position by the end of the year.
