OVERVIEW:

Your primary focus for this position will be on the migration of our
" work at home " environment to a new domain. This will largely involve
following documented procedures to accomplish your tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ year related work experience
* Excellent teaming and customer service skills
* Experience with Windows XP and MS Office
* Knowledge of PC's, LAN's, and computer peripherals
* Basic understanding of RAS / VPN connectivity and secure RSA token
processes
