IVR Application Engineer

Client: Large Rhode Island based retailer offering a good work environment, career path, salary and benefits. Relocation paid or work from home .

Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with IVR application development.
Intervoice a plus.
Must have a working knowledge of AVAYA PBX and general telephony skill-set.
Familiarity with Cisco ICM Call Manager a plus.

Responsibilities
The IVR Application Engineer is focused on development and the managing of the deployment and health of IVR environment. This includes daily operational support requirements / maintenance / best practices of the enterprise IVRs as a best in class service resource. This includes application development and management / interfacing with outside engineering group, daily operational support requirements / maintenance of the enterprise*s IVRs.
