DESCRIPTION .
Job Descriptions: A strong record of prior outside sales success and the confidence to develop and maintain quality relationships with automotive dealers. Working closely with automotive dealers in an assigned territory; the right candidate will provide a consultative sales-assessment of their Internet Websites needs, and offer creative solutions to help them reach their business and sales objective Responsibilities include: Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated geography through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective account management and service. Ensure their understanding of our products. Up sell dealer customers with new products and services. Maintain a high level of customer service through training and customer support. Ensure current dealer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to dealer problems, concerns or needs. Develop relationships with dealers and dealer groups. Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.-Proactively market Dealerskins to dealers in territory and convey the advantages of Dealerskins. Live in market area while working out of home office. Candidates will work from home and be responsible for attaining specific revenue and account base goals.Manage and grow the effective retail rates and manage and monitor all contracts.-Requirements: 2 to 5 years of solid account management and sales experience. Media and/or automotive sales experience are preferred but not required. Familiarity with the Market and the community's dealer base preferred but not required. A proven outside sales and account management track record. Some college preferred. Key Skills and Qualities: Candidates must have a winning attitude and be able to work effectively in a self-motivated environment. Clear communicator with a winning personality. Able to give a consultative sales-assessment of their Internet advertising needs Offer creative solutions to help them reach their business and sales objectives.A basic yet thorough understanding of computers and the Internet.Well organized, with strong relationship building capabilities.

Proactive, results oriented, self starter.
