Reap Rewards from your expertise! We are seeking several top-notch Instructional Designers with solid Mortgage ID background to join our team at the client site. The ID needs to be onsite for the initial stages of design but can work from home for the remainder of the time. No eLearning experience is required.
- Take part in development of strategies and approaches for new learning initiatives.
- Write learning objectives to describe desired outcomes and ensure learning materials support those objectives.
- Design and develop instructionally sound curriculum for paper-based learning materials, including tools, job aids, instructor-led training, and self study materials.
- Partner with Learning Consultants, Learning Program Managers, and/or subject matter experts to research content information.
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: Approx. 3 Months
