ProspectsPLUS!, the nation's leading privately owned, profitable, Real Estate Marketing Software Company since 1994 is seeking a part time, leading to full-time, Inside Sales Representative to assist one of our National Real Estate Speakers.
Inside Sales Representative
National Real Estate Speaker needs Inside Sales Representative to schedule free real estate office meetings by prospecting to brokers, secure attendees for real estate seminars, assist with back end sales, and act as an Agent to book Speaker at Real Estate Events around the country.
Responsibilities include active prospecting, qualifying, pitching from script and closing, as well as tracking all contacts.
Our perfect fit is a smart individual that shares our passion for great marketing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, is great at relationship building, and likes to sell.
Position offers hourly rate, plus commission on sales, and the ability to work from home. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Proven selling skills including prospecting, probing, overcoming objections, and advocating solutions based on customer needs
Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal/rapport building
Strong verbal and written communication skills
100% Goal oriented with ability to self motivate
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Competency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines
Energy, enthusiasm and a great attitude
Looking to build a long-term career
Strong customer service skills .
