Home Equity Wholesale Account Executive - South Bay Area, Northern CA 060051861
Description
As part of our Wholesale Home Equity Northern California., Sales Team, the account executive will be responsible for marketing Chase Home Equity products to the Broker community in the South Bay, Northern California area. You will be responsible for soliciting lending institutions so they may be approved lenders. Once approved, you will solicit these lenders for residential mortages to be closed and serviced by J.PMorgan Chase. In addition, you will cross-sell ancillary products, provide product and pricing training to facilitate partnership with brokers and ensure that lenders deliver quality loans. You will keep informed of trends and developments in the markets serviced, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages by attending sales meetings.
This is a work from home position.
Qualifications .
Minimum of one year mortgage origination experience, wholesale loan origination preferred
Home Equity and 1st Mortgage experience preferred
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Understanding of conventional and FHA/VA underwriting guidelines
Understanding of pricing and loan programs
PC skills with proficiency in MS Office required
Be self-sufficient and have excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of the local geographical marketplace preferred

Ability to work effectively and independenty from home office base
