Job Details
Leads and directs the work of others, has overall responsibility for help desk
staff and the activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and
resolution of reported problems; ensures that all phases of help desk support
are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved
appropriately. Maintains responsibility for development, maintenance and
integrity of help desk software and assigns personnel to various operations and
directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares
performance reports. Evaluates new information syst products or services /
suggests changes. Actual location is Sierra Vista, AZ, Fort Huachuca. xallx

ITIL certification Req. 5+ years experience in HD/SD operations to lead,
organize, control, and direct activities associated with operating and

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
