Position Summary:
The TCHS National Recruiter is responsible for recruiting top talent to TCHS. The primary focus will be recruiting Family Nurse Practitioners in our new markets, in various cities across the country. Opportunities may include recruiting for other positions as well.
You will have the opportunity to design, develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies. The majority of your efforts will be on the telephone. Nurse Practitioners are in high demand and limited supply - and we're a new company in a new industry. So your efforts will be recruitment oriented, as well as marketing and educationally oriented. We are the employer of choice among Nurse Practitioners in our current markets and expect to be the employer of choice in new markets!
Your primary focus will be sourcing, qualifying and hiring Family Nurse Practitioners for our centers. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Can-do attitude with a sense for what s possible the ability to see beyond challenges and passionately convey our company beliefs and vision.
Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or commensurate experience in recruitment.
Minimum two years recruitment experience
Team oriented and passionate.
A passion for the telephone and cold calling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Flexibility is a MUST as strategies, methods of execution and day-to-day tasks are subject to change. Recruitment efforts will entail weekend commitments and evening hours due to national recruitment efforts. Your schedule will be flexible, as needed, and you will have the technology to work at home as well as in the office. You will also have an opportunity to travel to our markets on an occasional basis.
