Currently Interviewing!! This world wide recognized company is in immediate need of a Strategic Alliance Application Engineer. The ideal candidate will speak English and Spanish with Portuguese as a BIG plus. Candidate will be required to travel 70% of the time. Previous hands on mechanical experience with Heavy Diesel Engines is a plus. Key responsibilities: defining customers needs and translating into technical specifications, determining where and how to apply strategic alliance products to specific equipment as directed by product specialist and target applications, and assuring use of alliance tools along with development of written instructions for specific installation. As an Application Engineer you will coordinate with other customer strategic alliance engineers and global application engineering resources; and will work closely with OEMs and as necessary write Application Engineering bulletins or other documents as required, and developing a list of compo
nents required for installation. Qualified candidates should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, engine or heavy duty equipment service experience; and previous application engineering experience is preferred . Should also have user-level knowledge of the following system: skills and methodology in fuel systems, vehicle integration duty cycle, engineering for customers DFSS, CAD preferred, and must have presentation skills.
