West Coast Regional Territory Manager (work from home - anywhere on the west coast)
Ensure the execution of an industry leader's outside sales strategies including, hiring, training, coaching and developing a team of 8-12 Sales Consultants in the Westcoast United States to meet professional and personal goals.
Hire, train, and manage territory Sales Consultants
Sales forecasting and strategic sales planning
Administer Quarterly and Yearly business reviews to Senior Management
Analyze and decipher raw sales data in order to direct and coordinate team s efforts
Train &Develop individual competency strengths and areas of opportunity in order to drive results
Manage regional acquisition pipelines, new business development programs and associated forecasting.
Administer incentive and compensation programs
Develop and implement creative ways to educate, coach and motivate sales team
Present senior Management with written proposals for future expansion
Attend Trade Shows as needed
Demonstrated ability to leverage communication skills to build relationships successfully
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
