An exciting at-home opportunity is available with this leader in social science survey research. Westat, an employee-owned corporation located in Rockville, Maryland, is actively looking for talented individuals who desire the flexibility to work from home. We are seeking highly motivated, clear speaking candidates to conduct nationwide surveys over the telephone. Working from home you will be assisting major research projects involving many different sectors including education, health, transportation, and environmental issues. This home-based opportunity is not a telemarketing position, and you will not be required to sell or make appointments. A clear speaking voice.
An interest in research.
Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
High speed internet access (no satellite)
A corded telephone with compatible headset (no portable, cell or mobile phone allowed).
Email account.
A quiet place to work.
Successful candidates will be subject to a federally-mandated personal background investigation.

$8.25 per hour for English only.
$10.25 per hour for bilingual English/Spanish.
