Job Description
Transportation Clearing House (TCH), a subsidiary of company, has immediate openings for full-time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives to work in our Ogden office or work from home if desired. Candidate needs to be dependable, be able to do multiple tasks, and handle stressful situations. Must have excellent problem solving, phone and personal skills. A basic knowledge of computer programs is required. Candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers with requests and problems. All shifts currently available in our office, or if you desire graveyard shifts working from home. Training in our Ogden office and a quiet office space in your home are required if desire to work from home.
