Contract Recruiter - Work from Home
Our search firm has grown steadily over the past 12 years and now does business with many F500 level companies around the nation.
We are looking to expand our capabilities to execute search assignments by adding an experienced recruiter to the team.
Our business model is unusual; all our staff are home-office based in 5 different cities. We have been able to offer top-level talent the opportunity to contribute while having the flexibility of a home office.
Our search work is focused on the manufacturing sector, and we need to have significant experience recruiting for manufacturers.
One last note...our firm does most disciplines: Executives, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc...but we do not do IT/IS search work, so we are not looking for someone with that specialization. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a corporate or search firm setting doing recruiting for mid to upper level roles.
Company or clients should be manufacturers.
Must be experienced working several disciplines; pure IT or IS not a fit!
Must be familiar with sourcing candidates the 'old-fashioned' way...cold calls to targeted people in targeted companies.
Compensation: flexible in structure; hourly or project based. Amount will depend on skill sets, experience and of course results...expect that a top-notch person should be able to earn 6 figures. .
