Job Description
Kelly Financial Resources (KFR) is searching for a WORK AT HOME Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst that has experience working with commercial loans and/or underwriting. This is a great opportunity that also allows very flexible hours as work can be done at any time of day with occasional meetings during regular business hours. This is a part time contract position (20-30 hours a week) that has the potential to lead to full time (40 hours or more a week) and the possibility of going permanent.
Our client is a Commercial Mortgage Broker located in Denver that is experiencing rapid growth and is in need of a sharp individual to perform analysis and help manage new business deals. They are involved in exciting International and Domestic business including deals involving Sports complexes. The candidate will need to be able to read and analyze an executive summary in order to quickly evaluate a situation and determine if a builder deal is feasible or if there is the potential to restructure a deal. You will read tax returns as well as financial statements to fill out submission sheets for lenders. Another requirement of the position is the ability to gather term sheets and perform lender analysis to decide if the target terms and deadline needed for funding can be met.
Requirements:
-Commercial loan and/or underwriting experience
-Proficiency in all MS Office applications
-Well organized
-Well versed in lender terminology
-Ability to work on multiple projects
-In order to work from home, a fully functional home office with a printer and fax capability.
-Software for 1003's (preferably Calyx - Point)
Pay is $18-20/hour
