What are the job responsibilities?
1. Must have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
2. Must have NASD Series 6 or 7, Series 63 and California Life Insurance License
3. Plan and conduct participant education/enrollment meetings
4. Prefer Bi-lingual English/Spanish

What else can we tell you?
Other requirements include the ability to travel primarily throughout Nevada, Arizona and So. California and may be called on periodically to provide support outside of the primary support area. This position is office-based with approx. 60% day travel within territory, and approx. 10% overnight travel.

REQUIREMENTS .
Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for a self confident, self starting, high-energy individual who can work independently and has a strong understanding of 401 plans as well as a solid investment background. An individual who enjoys building relationships with business partners and explaining 401K and investment benefits. The successful candidate will possess the ability to effectively present information to various audiences ranging from front line employees to a board of directors. Other essential attributes include a customer service driven attitude, solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle high volume workloads. The candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual is required.

Candidate should have a college degree with 4+ years of experience in the financial services business and a strong understanding of the qualified pension market and underlying investments.
NASD Series 6, 63 and state insurance license are required. .
