The Associate Account Manager works closely with the Account Manager in servicing our east coast client. This position will be working remotely from a home office in the New Jersey area.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in scheduling client meetings
Assisting in the gathering of information from clients and third party resources
Interpreting client needs
Participating in creative meetings
Assisting with proposals
Attending client meetings with the Account Manager
Helping to uncover opportunities and up-selling the client
Attending video shoots and other events at the client site
Relationship building with clients
General project administration and support
Sales tracking
Best practices development and maintenance
Job Requirements:
Experience working on interactive projects (CD ROM, DVD, Web)
Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of each project and ability to work across highly technical mediums
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client relations skills
Ability to travel to client site as needed
Ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Keen attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Highly organized and efficient
Raw enthusiasm and a team player
Four-year college degree in sales, marketing, or related field, preferred
