Gathering valuable lead data for B2B firms, HR departments, and recruiting companies
Our company, Strategic Research Network, is currently searching for analytical problem solvers that can be trained to perform advanced Internet research to locate contact information for candidates, hiring authorities and decision makers. Selected individuals will be thoroughly trained and placed with an SRN Research Company to work as an Assistant Internet Researcher.
Must be able to manage your own time and work from your home. Need good computer skills and an understanding how software applications and Internet search engines work.
There is no investment required to become an Assistant Internet Researcher.
Responsibilities:
Proactively work to develop research strategies, ensuring that you are providing the most relevant up-to-date information and sources
Develop lists of appropriate candidates/sources for specific research assignments and to populate candidate databases with relevant information
Support sourcing, lead generation, identification, qualification, pre-screening of candidates for placement in revenue generating positions nationwide
Complete reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Skills and Qualifications:
PC literacy and comfort working with the Internet
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to work in self-disciplined environment
Well organized with good time management skills
Knowledge of database search
Track record of providing valuable insights and innovative solutions
Tenacious problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and results orientation
The desire to work hard to see all projects to completion
Ability to translate client business needs into successful projects
Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
