The administrative assistant for a Regional Director manages
basic administrative duties, including but not limited to: payroll and
new hire paperwork, telephone responsiveness, purchase orders,
invoices, spreadsheets, data input, coordinating conference calls,
etc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing guidance to customers, both internal and external

Coordinating new site set-ups and openings, including ordering and
tracking materials from warehouse to sites.
Handling
invoicing, check requests, payroll issues, and expense reports
Assisting
with attendance reports, timesheets, payroll paperwork,
etc
Creating and processing spreadsheets and correspondences

Updating files
Coordinating team meetings


At least two years of administrative experience required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
Lotus Notes
Solid organizational, customer service,
communication, and teamwork skills
Must
demonstrate ability to perform within deadlines, as a self-starter, and
with flexibility.
Must have own, reliable automobile, and willingness
for local travel
Must have ability to work from
home on occasion
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

Experience in educational arena helpful
