BearingPoint is seeking a Sr. Consultant with a strong background in FileNet to join our Integration Services group. Requirements: Required Experience-2-5 yrs of experience with FileNet, FileNet P8 Experience (in any of the modules), J2EE or .Net experience a plus- Experience in these areas are a plus: BPM, ACSAP, custom interface experience between FileNet and SAP, Records Manager, Email Manager Business / Consulting Experience: - Outstanding problem solving, strategic thinking and data analysis skills - Strong balance between technical and business knowledge - Demonstrated ability to successfully liaise between business and technical representatives Desired Personal Qualities: - Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between technology and business - Strong leadership ability and experience, team player in matrix driven organizations - Strong focus on teamwork and achieving team goals - Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, insightful, self-motivated and self-confident - Energetic, promoter of culture and community spirit, collaborative with high integrity Education: - Bachelor's Degree required Note: Candidates must be willing to travel if necessary, up to 100% (work week typically Monday through Thursday at client site if traveling with Friday working from home).
