Seeking a motivated, experienced individual to support our customers who use our proprietary internet based tool.
This highly technical self-starter will be part of a team that includes dedicated and creative professionals and will act as liaison to our customers, providing a superior level of customer support. The ability to support this highly technical tool while being able to communicate and instruct primarily *non-technical* creative professionals is key.
Additional responsibilities will include working with the Quality Assessment team to confirm bugs and identify problems in the user experience, assist in the development of online instructional demos and style guides and help track and suggest new features and workflow improvements based on feedback from members.
Work hours are Friday to Monday 8 am * 6 pm, Sat &Sun you can work from home . For the first 4 * 6 weeks will be normal work hours Monday to Friday for training.
Position Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to work independently yet works within a team structure, sharing knowledge and ideas.
In-depth experience with Photoshop and Microsoft Office and solid knowledge of Internet technology
Experience with both Mac and PC operating systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Web design or software development
Experience with software for managing client relationships
