Title: Inside Sales Representative - WORK FROM HOME
Reports to: Senior Client Executive
Location: Work from Home , Anywhere, U.S.A.
Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead qualification and generating new business opportunities. Lead generation efforts include qualifying the prospect, identifying business and technical requirements, decision-makers and processes, and setting up sales calls and meetings.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Call potential clients in mid-market to enterprise company segments ($100M - $10B in revenue), and generate qualified leads for software and consulting services using proven sales methods.
2. Fluently speak with both business and technical executives and senior managers.
3. Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.
4. Record all sales activity in the salesforce.com CRM system.
Provide feedback and recommendations on company marketing efforts based on direct experiences.
Attend and participate in training as required to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
College degree and 3+ years previous inside sales experience.
Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
Ability to learn business intelligence (BI), data warehousing (DW), enterprise planning (EP) and balanced scorecarding fundamentals.
Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelors degree and 3+ years previous inside sales experience.

Previous sales experience should include exposure to software, hardware or technical services.

Ability to learn BI/DW, EP and balanced scorecarding fundamentals.
Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
