Centerstance is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting skilled technical staff and developing business relationships to delivering consulting services to their clients. In addition, proven sales experience with the IT professional services industry is preferred. You will be helping grow the practice and brand as we expand our Seattle branch.
This is an outstanding opportunity to use your talents to be part of a rapidly growing consulting and staffing organization - experiencing triple digit growth over the past three years.
* Requires a Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 5+ years of technology recruiting.
* The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of technology and must possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Must also be comfortable in a sales or business development role working directly with clients and hiring managers.
* Experienced in creative sourcing through networking, professional organizations, Internet searches, referrals, and cold calling.
* Must be self-motivated and able to work from home .
* You should enjoy building relationships, staying current with technology, growing your network of contacts. Must enjoy being creative and resourceful, and delivering quality.
