We have an immediate need for an experienced SAP recruiter to work for our SAP Recruitment Process outsourcing division, and we have a need for an experienced SAP Recruiter/Account Manager to work in our SAP staff augmentation division.
Responsibilities include:
Candidate sourcing - Passive, Less Active and Active candidate networking skills;
Candidate management - Screening of candidates, assessment of consulting skills and SAP knowledge, recording phone screen information, guiding candidates through the interview process in a timely fashion with feedback along each step of the process;
Value proposition definition - help clients with identifying and communicating unique traits of their organizations to market to prospective candidates;
International recruitment - sourcing and interviewing of candidates based overseas looking for a US-based opportunity (Europe, Africa, Australia, South America)
Your qualifications
4+ years experience in IT recruiting/staffing either in a staffing/agency environment or corporate setting;
Experience recruiting for SAP/ERP candidates and/or on behalf of large management consulting firms/Big 4/Tier 1 highly preferred;
Experience placing 1099 or W2 contractors highly preferred;
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and drive to produce quality results;
Experienced in international recruitment preferred;
Marketing and creative writing skills;
PC proficiency in MS Office required - experience with various ATS highly preferred;
Self directed and motivated with an incredible amount of drive to succeed, and a fine tuned sense of urgency;
Ability and level of maturity to work from home -office/telecommute
Relevant degree in HR/Organizational Management preferred

Compensation:
Full-time: base, plus incentive program, plus various benefits (i.e. medical/dental, PTO, flexibility to structure your own hours to accommodate work/life balance
