This position requires someone who can work independently and close sales. You would be part of a team of professional sales consultants who cover Michigan and Northern Illinois. Relationship building is an extremely important requirement of this position. Your resume should demonstrate a proven ability to close sales and influence people at a high level. We are not looking for the average salesperson but someone who wants to be the best! THIS IS A SALES JOB! Compensation is primarily based on your performance. This territory has the potential to be one of the top income producing sales territories in North America. A dependable vehicle and the ability to travel the area daily is a requirement. We are looking for someone to cover the Chicago metropolitan area. Overnight travel is not required within the territory. Agronomic experience is not necessary as we provide top-notch training and support. However, this is a technical sales position that requires the ability to understand and communicate science-based information effectively. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of sales experience. The only exception to this would be someone from the golf course industry, such as a golf course superintendent.
