Job Responsibilities:
To develop relationships and sales with brokers who sell business in the Small Group and Individual market.
Broker territory managing A &B brokers in North East PA - Lackawanna, Luzerne &Lycoming Counties. Quickly become proficient on Aetna Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Life/disability, Group Medicare and Individual Products. Strongly prefer to have candidate who resides in the territory. This is a work from home position but requires about 75% of time traveling by car to appointments with brokers in territory.

Requirements
Four year college degree with at least two years experience in sales; Health Benefits sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make presentations to brokerage firms. Proven track record with ability to meet weekly, monthly and annual activity and quota standards. Valid drivers license and auto insurance for territory. Required to receive state insurance license within 30 days.
