Job Details; We are currently looking for sales professionals with backgrounds in: ~Car Sales ~Corporate Recruiting ~Tech. Sales ~University Admissions ~Human Resources We are the only real estate INVESTMENT education university in the country and are now developing areas NATIONWIDE. WE DO NOT TRAIN REALTORS! Real estate investing is the biggest buzz all over the country. Television shows such as "Flip This House" and others like it are popping up on televison stations like TLC. The problem is, people lose thier entire savings trying to get involved when they don't know what they are doing. The Carlton Sheets programs simply don't work! We offer 30 classes taught by 24 different instructors in a college setting. After a student completes classes we lead them by the hand using our own in-house real estate acquisition company and in-house mortgage company to find properties that will actually make them successful investors. Again...we do not train realtors, we teach college level real estate investment classes. ~This position will allow you to work from a office or your home. ~We offer a 50% payout neting you $100 to $8,000 per student you enroll. ~Opportunities for you to get involved and learn real estate investing. ~Our top student advisors earned in excess of $300,000 last year! ~Full training is provided! ~Very minimal travel is required (ie. a few trade shows a year).
